Innovadores promotes technology and design in Cuba through our partnership with our sister organization, the non-profit Innovadores Foundation. The Innovadores Foundation supports bright, forward-thinking innovators in Cuba, with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) education. Above all, the Innovadores Foundation strives to give Cubans the resources they need to achieve their potential.

What We Do

We provide mentorship, critical resources and connections to upcoming technologists and designers to advance their innovations.

Through our internship program, we give students the opportunity to travel to the United States to study and learn technologies and skills that they can deploy in Cuba.

We offer Cuban Innovators fully funded opportunities to work with some of the greatest minds in New York City. This six week exchange program brings together young innovators in science, technology and engineering from around the US and the world.

In our past two cycles, we brought seven students from CUJAE and the University of Havana to intern at cutting-edge startups such as Sage (nutrition data visualization), Maven (healthcare technology), Code to Work (recruiting and hiring) and Innovatetively (business intelligence).
